Es hat wieder umfangreiche Rechtsprechung insbesondere zu den Themen UVP\/UmwRG einschlie\u00dflich Heilungsm\u00f6glichkeiten, Konzentrationszonenausweisung, und Artenschutz gegeben. Der aktuelle Stand zum Interimsverfahren, insbesondere der Fragen-Antwort-Katalog NRW ist eingearbeitet, ebenso die WEA-Erlass-Novelle 2018. Anl\u00e4sslich des Energiesammelgesetzes gibt es eine ausf\u00fchrliche Darstellung zur genehmigungsrechtlichen Umsetzung einer bedarfsgesteuerten Nachtkennzeichnung und anl\u00e4sslich der \u00dcberschreitung der 65 m-Schwelle der AVV durch die neuesten WEA-Typen den aktuellen Erkenntnisstand zur (Ausnahme-)Genehmigung (beides im Kapitel \"Lichtimmissionen durch Flugsicherheitsbefeuerung\").
