Zivilsenat hat nach dem Hinweis- und Auflagenbeschluss vom 02. Mai 2019 mit Urteil vom 13. Juni 2019 im Berufungsverfahren entschieden und das Verfahren zur Weiterverhandlung und Entscheidung an das Landesgericht Itzehoe zur\u00fcckverwiesen. M\u00f6glicherweise kommt es dann nicht zu einem Vergleich, sondern zu einem Urteil.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/dejure.org\/dienste\/vernetzung\/rechtsprechung?Gericht=OLG%20Schleswig&amp;Datum=13.06.2019&amp;Aktenzeichen=7%20U%20140%2F18\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>AZ:7 U 140\/18<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<strong> 2 0 336\/12 LG Itzehoe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Eine Auswahl bemerkenswerter Leits\u00e4tze des Oberlandesgerichts Schleswig-Holstein:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Der Richter darf sich bei der Beurteilung neueren technischen und medizinischen Erkenntnissen (z.B.
