Dabei wird die Anwendung der naturschutzrechtlichen Eingriffsregelung l\u00e4nder\u00fcbergreifend vereinheitlicht und insgesamt &#8220;transparenter&#8221; und &#8220;effektiver&#8221; gestaltet.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bundesumweltministerin Svenja Schulze:<br \/>\n<em>\u201eDie Bundeskompensationsverordnung ist ein Meilenstein f\u00fcr die rechtsverbindliche Standardisierung naturschutzrechtlicher Vorgaben. Bei vielen \u00f6ffentlichen Infrastrukturprojekten gelten nun einheitliche Standards, um nach dem Bundesnaturschutzgesetz Eingriffe in die Natur auszugleichen. Die Anwendung des Naturschutzrechts wird damit in der Praxis transparenter und effektiver. Die Eingriffsregelung ist eines der zentralen naturschutzrechtlichen Instrumente, das darauf abzielt, vorhabenbedingte Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen von Natur und Landschaft auszugleichen oder zu ersetzen und dadurch die Funktionsf\u00e4higkeit des Naturhaushaltes und die Qualit\u00e4t des Landschaftsbilds auf Dauer zu sichern.
