Dies entschied das Oberverwaltungsgericht Rheinland-Pfalz in Koblenz.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Aus der Begr\u00fcndung: <strong><em>In Bezug auf zwei weniger als 1.000 m von dem Rotmilan-Horst entfernt gelegenen Anlagen (WEA 2 und 3) fehle es angesichts offensichtlicher M\u00e4ngel der artenschutzrechtlichen Untersuchungen, welche der Genehmigung zugrunde gelegt worden seien, offensichtlich an hinreichend sicheren Erkenntnissen f\u00fcr die Beurteilung des mit dem Betrieb der beiden Anlagen verbundenen T\u00f6tungsrisikos f\u00fcr den Rotmilan, einer besonders gesch\u00fctzten Tierart.
