Den Eltern des Grundgesetzes war vor allem die Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit der Justiz wichtig. Es sollte nie wieder eine politisierte Gerichtsbarkeit geben. Wie weit sich das Bundesverfassungsgericht trotzdem politisiert hat, kann man an einigen j\u00fcngsten Entscheidungen festmachen. Mit seinem Beschluss vom 24.
