Oder erzeugen die Rotoren nur ein Ger\u00e4usch, das gesetzlich zul\u00e4ssig ist? Im Kreis Emmendingen ist dar\u00fcber ein heftiger Streit entbrannt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Was sie alle f\u00fcr sich fordern: Nachts sollen die Rotoren abgeschaltet oder doch in ihrer Leistung begrenzt werden, wenn der Wind st\u00e4rker weht, weil deren Lautst\u00e4rke von der Drehgeschwindigkeit abh\u00e4ngt. Denn warum soll es ihnen schlechter gehen als den Menschen im benachbarten Schuttertal, wo sieben Windenergieanlagen aufgestellt worden waren?
