Dadurch verschafft sich unsere staatlich anerkannte Naturschutzvereinigung die einmalige Chance, bisher offene und umstrittene Rechtsfragen \u00fcber umwelt- und naturschutzrechtliche Belange bei der Genehmigung von Windr\u00e4dern h\u00f6chstrichterlich entscheiden zu lassen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mit unserer Revisionsklage ist der Bayerische Verwaltungsgerichtshof nunmehr gezwungen, eine bundesweit bedeutsame Grundsatzentscheidung zu treffen.
