Das Areal wird von den gesch\u00fctzten Rotmilanen zur Jagd genutzt. Die geplanten f\u00fcnf Windkraftanlagen w\u00e4ren eine nachhaltige St\u00f6rung f\u00fcr den Lebensraum der Raubv\u00f6gel, hei\u00dft es im Beschluss des Nieders\u00e4chsischen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rechtsprechung.niedersachsen.de\/jportal\/portal\/page\/bsndprod.psml;jsessionid=330BCAF3B63549091EF384110B7EBAC2.jp19?showdoccase=1&amp;st=null&amp;doc.id=MWRE170007481&amp;doc.part=K&amp;doc.price=0.0#focuspoint\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Oberverwaltungsgerichts L\u00fcneburg <\/a>(OVG).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Damit hat das OVG ein<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rechtsprechung.niedersachsen.de\/jportal\/?quelle=jlink&amp;docid=JURE170021752&amp;psml=bsndprod.psml&amp;max=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Urteil des Verwaltungsgerichts G\u00f6ttingen<\/a> best\u00e4tigt.
