Und genau das hat Kommunen im Landkreis Aurich in eine Art Goldgr\u00e4berstimmung versetzt. Die Windkraft verspricht fette Gewinne, da will die \u00f6ffentliche Hand gern mitverdienen. Faktisch hat der Landkreis Windr\u00e4der beantragt, genehmigt, betreibt sie und soll nun auch noch f\u00fcr die Kontrolle zust\u00e4ndig sein.
