(NI) hat eine wichtige Schrift mit dem Titel <a href=\"https:\/\/naturschutz-initiative.de\/images\/PDF2021\/ForstrechtOekologisch.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201eForstrecht \u00f6kologisch ausrichten \u2013 Schluss mit der gesetzlichen Nachhaltigkeitsl\u00fcge\u201c<\/a> herausgegeben. Darin belegt der Autor Wilhelm Bode (Stralsund) die eklatanten Defizite im deutschen Forstrecht, das der konventionellen Forstwirtschaft faktisch einen Freifahrtschein ausstellt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wilhelm Bode ist Jurist und Diplom-Forstwirt und war bis 1993 Leiter der saarl\u00e4ndischen Forstverwaltung sowie sp\u00e4ter Leiter der Obersten Naturschutzbeh\u00f6rde des Saarlandes. Bekannt wurde er vor allem durch sein 1994 ver\u00f6ffentlichtes Buch \u201eWaldwende\u201c (vier Auflagen, erschienen im C.H.
