Schwintowski von der Humboldt Universit\u00e4t bescheinigt dem EEG schwere rechtliche M\u00e4ngel. In wesentlichen Bereichen st\u00fctzt es das Gutachten vom August 2014 der Kanzlei Trutz Graf von Kerssenbrock Auch nach diesem Gutachten verst\u00f6\u00dft es sowohl gegen das Grundgesetz und weiterhin gegen das Europarecht.
